Better Than Netflix.

The library has seasons 1 thru 4 of The Wire available for checkout. I am currently number 2 on the wait list for season 2. I get the entire box set for no cost, why didn't I think of this earlier?

I am number #51 for Lush Life, a murder mystery set in the LES written by one of the writers from The Wire and next in line for The Eyre Affair.

I've started reading a lot on my commute and take note of what other commuters are reading. Most of the time it's chick lit or some religious text but every now then I spot an interesting book. Such a sighting inspired me to check out The Eyre Affair.
