Bush is certainly doing his best to get the US economy back into shape - sit back and observe hundreds of people getting bombed and, when it's all over, so generously, offer them help. I have a feeling those innocent people would have been more appreciative of your "I want your country to flourish" attitude while they were getting bombed and not after. Oh, but then, what would that have done for your economy? Nothing? Yeah, I thought so.
