If I stay in Philly next year I'm going to live here. I went exploring today and am so in love with that neighborhood. Some of the houses are run down but the area is full of cute rowhomes and awesome coffee shops. I feel so relaxed and refreshed after coming back - I almost didn't want to come back to cc!! And it's only a 10 minute ride on the El.

I know I'm late hopping on the NoLibs bandwagon as it's been the "cool" neighborhood for some time but I don't care. Rents are about the same price as they are in cc so it will be difficult to find a place within my price range but I will do everything I can to find a place up there!
