I picked up the latest issue of Vanity Fair while looking for a book at Barnes and Noble yesterday and was quickly engrossed in an article about Dubai. Some of the pretty pictures were familiar. I immediately recognized the Burj Al Arab and remembered a wonderful day spent tanning and being waited on by (not so cute) cabana boys in plain view of the architectural delight.
I have always been impressed by the helipads jutting out of the building. It turns out they're not your regular helipads. They serve as tennis courts as well!!! I guess they don't need ball boys.
